We like Mondays, since it's at the start of the week, but try to stick with a day that works for you. Dedicate this #Glowhour(just around 90 minutes weekly) towards beautifying your space. Your home(and you) will be glowing by the time you're finished.

Just as with working out, it will take time to build the endurance to completely deep clean your home every month. Refer to this checklist as you tackle each area of your home. Mini breaks to catch your breath are encouraged.
